01 · The service

What FanCue provides

FanCue helps creators and teams organize connected social comments, prioritize attention, review original-post context, prepare AI-assisted summaries and reply drafts, track campaigns, view engagement insights, coordinate assignments, and manage account and notification settings.

The current product is in development and early evaluation. Features may use seeded demo data, simulated provider actions, stage services, or read-only connected accounts. General availability, commercial plans, and live provider actions are not promised by these terms.

Live public reply dispatch is disabled by default. A visible “posted” result in a demo or stage environment may represent simulated dispatch unless a provider adapter and explicit live flag have been approved.

02 · Access

Your authority and account information

You may use FanCue only if you can form a binding agreement and are authorized to act for the creator, brand, team, or workspace you represent. Information you provide should be accurate and kept current.

You are responsible for access to your device, workspace, and email account. Do not share provider passwords, OAuth codes, access tokens, recovery codes, or other credentials with FanCue support.

03 · Connected services

Social-platform connections

You may connect supported accounts through official authorization flows only when you have the right to manage those accounts and their content. Your use of YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, or another provider remains subject to that provider’s terms, policies, permissions, quotas, and API availability.

FanCue may limit or disable sync, posting, moderation, or another provider action when authorization expires, a capability is unavailable, policy requires it, or safe operation cannot be confirmed.

04 · Content

Your workspace content

You retain responsibility for the comments, post context, brand examples, knowledge-base material, offerings, internal notes, reply drafts, and approved replies you place in or connect to FanCue. You give FanCue permission to process that content as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the requested service.

You must have the necessary rights to use the content and must not use FanCue to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

05 · AI

Suggestions require review

AI classifications, summaries, key points, tone rewrites, and reply suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular audience. They are drafts and should not be treated as professional, legal, financial, medical, or factual advice.

You are responsible for reviewing the original comment and post context, checking any claim, editing the response, and deciding whether it should be approved or posted.

06 · Conduct

Acceptable use

Do not use FanCue to:

  • Send spam, deceptive engagement, harassment, threats, or unlawful content
  • Impersonate another person or connect an account without authorization
  • Evade provider limits, platform policies, approval controls, or safety restrictions
  • Upload malicious code, probe another workspace, disrupt the service, or attempt unauthorized access
  • Use generated content without the review required for your audience, industry, or applicable law
  • Resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the service except where the law does not allow that restriction

07 · Safeguards

Automation, posting, and moderation

Automation rules begin in dry-run mode. Provider posting and moderation actions are subject to workspace roles, account capabilities, human-approval requirements, platform policy, and release flags. Unsupported actions may be blocked and recorded in an audit log.

FanCue may pause workspace automation, prevent a retry, require reconnection, or disable a provider action when needed for safety, security, reliability, compliance, or platform-policy reasons.

08 · Changes

Availability and dependencies

FanCue depends on mobile operating systems, cloud services, AI providers, social-platform APIs, network access, authorization grants, and provider review. Features may be delayed, changed, rate-limited, interrupted, or removed as these dependencies and the product evolve.

Development and early-access versions may contain errors or incomplete workflows. Keep independent copies of information you cannot afford to lose and report issues through the support page.

09 · Enforcement

Suspension and disconnection

Access or provider actions may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect a workspace or provider account, comply with law or platform policy, or maintain service integrity. You may disconnect supported accounts and request workspace-data assistance through support.

10 · Data

Privacy

The FanCue Privacy Policy describes the information processed to provide the service, including connected-account data, user content, identifiers, audit and usage events, diagnostics, notifications, export, retention, and deletion workflows.
