FanCue Privacy Policy
FanCue helps creators manage comments, draft replies, and coordinate support workflows. This policy describes the data we process to provide those services.
Data We Process
FanCue processes account, workspace, connected social-account metadata, comments, reply drafts, approved replies, knowledge-base entries, brand-voice settings, audit logs, notification preferences, support requests, device tokens, diagnostics, and usage events needed to operate the service.
Connected Accounts
When you connect a social account, FanCue uses official platform authorization flows. We do not ask for social-network passwords. Tokens are used to sync comments, show account health, prepare replies, and perform actions you approve where the platform allows them.
AI Features
AI features are used to classify comments, summarize context, and draft suggested replies. Suggested replies are drafts. FanCue is designed so a person can review and approve reply text before it is posted.
Notifications
Push notifications are optional. By default, notifications are designed to avoid including the full comment text in the payload. Users can manage notification categories and quiet hours in the app.
Sharing And Service Providers
We use service providers, including cloud hosting and analytics tools, to operate FanCue. We do not sell personal data. We do not use FanCue data for third-party advertising tracking.
Retention, Disconnect, And Deletion
Users can disconnect social accounts and request deletion of workspace data. Some records, such as security, audit, legal, or transaction records, may be retained when needed for compliance or dispute handling.
