Everything you want to know before the comments arrive.

FanCue brings priority, context, and a human approval step to creator engagement. Here is how the product, AI, accounts, and privacy controls work.

01

The product

What FanCue does

What is FanCue?

FanCue is a priority comment inbox for creators, managers, agencies, and small social teams. It gathers connected-account comments, identifies what needs attention, and keeps reply work organized from triage through approval.

Who is FanCue designed for?

It is designed for creators and lean teams that receive enough comments to miss important questions, buying signals, support issues, or brand-risk moments—but still want every public response to feel personal.

Which devices and platforms does FanCue support?

FanCue is being built for iPhone and iPad, with a companion web experience for modern browsers. Connected-account workflows currently focus on YouTube and Instagram/Facebook. Other channels depend on official API access and platform-policy fit.

Is FanCue available now?

FanCue is currently in development and early evaluation. Use the contact page to tell us about your workflow and request early-access information.

How does the priority inbox decide what rises to the top?

FanCue uses comment intent, reply status, account context, assignment, and a priority score to surface questions, purchase intent, brand risk, positive fan moments, and likely spam. Teams can still filter and sort the queue themselves.

02

AI & replies

Help without handing over your voice

Does FanCue automatically post AI replies?

No. AI-generated suggestions remain drafts. A person reviews, edits, and approves the final response before it can be posted. Live auto-posting is disabled by default.

What does the AI actually do?

It can classify the comment, summarize the relevant context, and prepare five editable reply options. The goal is to reduce preparation time while leaving tone, accuracy, and the final decision with your team.

Can reply suggestions reflect my brand voice?

FanCue supports brand-voice examples and approved knowledge-base context. Suggestions are meant to give your team a useful starting point, not replace judgment or fact checking.

What happens with sensitive or risky comments?

Brand-risk comments can be prioritized, assigned, and routed to the account owner or another reviewer. The original comment, post context, AI summary, and audit history stay together for a more informed response.

03

Teams & workflow

Built for the work around the reply

Can a team assign and review comments?

Yes. Comments can be assigned, reply drafts can be reviewed, and sensitive decisions can be routed to the appropriate owner. Audit information helps teams understand what happened and who approved it.

What is Campaign Watch?

Campaigns group related posts and comment activity around a launch, sponsorship, or initiative. They track unanswered comments, purchase-intent signals, reply rate, and recurring audience questions.

What does the Insights view measure?

Insights can show reply rate, median response time, AI suggestion acceptance, edited suggestions, platform volume, and frequently asked questions. Automated-reply counts remain visible even when automation is locked.

How do automation rules work?

Rules start in dry-run mode so a team can observe what they would match before enabling any live behavior. Platform capabilities and policy constraints are checked, and live auto-posting stays locked until explicitly approved.

How do notifications work?

Notifications are optional and can focus on questions, purchase intent, brand risk, assignments, or account reconnect needs. Quiet hours are supported, and full comment text is excluded from push payloads unless a workspace opts in.

04

Privacy & support

Control stays with the workspace

What information does FanCue process?

FanCue processes the connected comments, reply drafts, approved replies, account identifiers, workspace settings, audit events, and diagnostics needed to provide the service. It does not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising tracking.

Can I disconnect an account or request my data?

Yes. FanCue includes workflows for account disconnect, data export, and deletion requests. Privacy requests can be started by emailing info@omniadataanalytics.com with the workspace or account email connected to the request.

Does App Review need a social-network password?

No. The review build can open into a seeded demo workspace so core workflows can be evaluated without sharing an external social-network password or connecting a live creator account.

How do I get help?

Visit the support page for troubleshooting and data-request guidance, or email info@omniadataanalytics.com. For technical issues, include your device, app version, and a short description of what happened.
