Accounts

Connect, reconnect, or disconnect

FanCue uses official provider authorization. Account health and reconnect controls live in Settings. You should never share a social-network password with FanCue support.

Four quick checks.

FanCue is designed to surface connection and capability limits clearly rather than silently attempting an unsafe action.

  1. Refresh the current view.
Pull to refresh the iOS screen and confirm the latest accounts, comments, campaigns, and preferences have loaded.
  2. Check account health in Settings.
If a provider token needs attention, use Reconnect. Disconnect only when you intend to remove that account from the workspace.
  3. Read the capability message.
A reply or moderation control may be disabled when the connected account is read-only or the provider does not allow that action.
  4. Capture useful context.
Send the screen name, approximate time, device and app version, and the visible error. Do not include passwords, OAuth codes, or tokens.

Support safeguards

Operational tools already built in.

The backend includes audited support and compliance workflows intended to resolve issues without bypassing workspace boundaries.

Reconnect alerts

Prepare email and push alerts for accounts that are disconnected, expired, or need renewed authorization.

Safe job retry

Identify retryable failed jobs while excluding running, completed, or unsafe work from automatic retry.

Automation stop

Pause workspace automation and preserve an audit record when an owner or administrator needs a safety stop.

Compliance export

Prepare a workspace-scoped package covering the records available to the export workflow.

Deletion report

Preview the scope and retention effects of a data-deletion request before destructive work is performed.

Demo reset

Restore the seeded App Review workspace without deleting comments from real OAuth-connected accounts.

App Review

No external social password is required.

The review build can open into a seeded demo workspace. AI suggestions remain drafts, live public posting is disabled by default, and the demo reset preserves real connected-account comments.
